Ray Sambrook. This is a very nice postcard size black and white picture of Ray Sambrook the former Manchester City footballer. This double picture comes from a Charles Buchan football monthly magazine or similar of the time and is personally signed by Ray Sambrook in fine red ink. Sambrook played just 62 league games for City between 1957 and 1962 scoring 13 goals. Ray Sambrook died in 1999 in his mid 60’s and his autograph is a much sought after signature. Nice piece of MCFC memorabilia.
