Signed picture of John McSeveney the CARDIFF CITY footballer

John Haddon McSeveney (born 8 February 1931) is a Scottish former football player and manager. This is a wonderful piece of yesteryear football memorabilia. This 3.5 x 4 inch black and white picture of McSeveney has been taken from a football book or magazine of the time and has been signed by the playing in green ink. A winger, played for sunderland between 1951 and 1955 scoring 3 times in 35 games. He joined Newport County in 1957 from Cardiff City (1955-57 games 75, goals 19). He made 172 league appearances for Newport, scoring 51 goals. In 1961, he joined Hull City. John passed away in December 2020. Very nice piece of football memorabilia.
