Jack Rowley. This is a wonderful near A4 size black and white picture of Jack Rowley the Manchester United footballer. This picture is taken from a Charles Buchan or similar football album of the time and has been signed beautifully by Rowley in blue ink. The picture has been stuck to a card which has also been signed by three Hull City players, William Bly (1938-59 deceased), Trevor Porteous (1951-56 deceased) and Frank Harrison (1952-59). This item has a sellotape mark on bottom right corner and it has very minor creasing. Jack Rowley is a Manchester United legend and played for the club between 1937 and 1954 . This Busby Babe was nicknamed "The Gunner" because of his prolific and explosive goalscoring, scoring 211 goals in 424 appearances for United. This is truly a fabulous and rare item and comes from my own United collection. Jack Rowley died aged 77 on the 28 June 1998. £19.99
