Harry McShane. This is a large postcard size item with a black and white portrait of Harry McShane the Manchester United footballer. This picture is taken from the Manchester United player by player football book. The picture has a genuine hand signed signature signed by Harry McShane in black ink. He began his professional career with Blackburn Rovers, and after World War II he turned out for Bolton Wanderers and Oldham Athletic. He scored 20 goals in 207 league games in the Football League, and won the First Division title with Manchester United in 1951–52. Harry McShane was a key player for United in the period immediately prior to the legendary Busby Babes, coming to the fore in the mid 50's. Harry McShane played 57games for United between 1950 and 1954 scoring 8 times. Harry McShane died on the 12th November 2012. This is a great piece of United memorabilia and very reasonably priced at just £10.00
