Joe Bonson and Matt Wood. This is an interesting item. This large postcard size black and white picture is Signed by Joe Bonson (Cardiff City) and Matt Wood (Blackburn Rovers). The picture is taken from a Charles Buchan or similar football magazine of the time and has been hand signed by both players in blue ink. Boson went on to play for Scunthorpe Utd and this has been written on his shorts. Joe Bonson (Cardiff City) played 72 league games for the Bluebirds between 1957 and 1960. he passed away in November 1991. Matt Wood (Blackburn Rovers) played 260 league games for rovers between 1957 and 1963. he passed away in September 2014. nice piece of rare football memorabilia.
