Signed picture of Lawrie Reilly the Scotland footballer.

Lawrance "Lawrie" Reilly. This is a fabulous A4 size colour picture of Lawrie Reilly the former Scotland footballer. This picture is actually the back of a football album of the time and shows Lawrie in action for Scotland against England at Wembley. He was one of the "Famous Five", the Hibernian forward line during the late 1940s and early 1950s, along with Bobby Johnstone, Gordon Smith, Eddie Turnbull, and Willie Ormond. Reilly is rated amongst the top forwards in Scottish football history and was inducted into the Scottish Football Hall of Fame in 2005. This wonderful item has been hand signed by him using a black pen. Lawrie Reilly was a phenomenal striker for Hibernian Football Club, playing 253 leagues games scoring 185 times between 1946 and 1958. Reilly also won 38 full Scotland caps scoring 22 goals. Lawrie Reilly passed away on the 22nd July 2013. A very collectable item.
