This is a nice A4 size colour action picture of the former Blackburn Rovers footballer Tim Flowers. This picture is taken from a football album of the time and has an excellent example of the Tim Flowers hand signed signature in black marker pen. Tim Flowers played 177 leagues games for Rovers between 1993 and 1999. Flowers also won 11 full England caps.
