Alf Wood. This is a really nice postcard size black and white picture of Alf Wood the former MILLWALL footballer. This picture is taken from a GOAL/MATCH magazine of the time and Alf Wood has provided a nice example of his autograph in blue ink. Alf Wood started his career with Manchester City playing 25 games for them between 1963-66. Wood played 100 leagues games for Millwall between 1972 and 74 scoring 38 times. Alf Wood sadly passed away in April 2020 aged 74 yrs having suffered for 12 years with dementia.
